Registration fee

There is NO registration fee and the organization covers lunches, coffee breaks and the conference cocktail.

Workshop location

The workshop will take place at the Auditorium of LMGC at University of Montpellier, France. 

Timetable 

The workshop will start on Monday September 2nd at 10:30am and will end on Wednesday September 4th at 4:30pm.

Gala Dinner

The social dinner will be on Tuesday September 3rd at 7:30pm. The dinner will take place in the Brasserie du Corum in the center of Montpellier (Google map link). Tram line 1 connects LMGC (Château d'Ô tram stop) to the Brasserie du Corum (Corum tram stop).

Accommodation
